- Can Plum send or delete my email?
- No. Plum only asks for read-only access. It can't send, delete, archive or mark anything as read.
- Is my email used to train AI?
- No. Your email is never used to train AI models, and the AI providers we use are bound not to train on it.
- How do I pay?
- In naira with Paystack, or in dollars by card. You can cancel any time.
- What happens if I disconnect an inbox?
- Plum stops reading it and deletes everything it stored from it. Your emails stay exactly where they are.
